chinese
water dragons originate from the forests of india, north and southern china, thailand, laos, cambodia, burma, vietnam. their
average lifespan is about 15 years with some living over 18 years. they are not really recommended for beginners as they require
more care for example the housing must be humid constantly and must be sprayed with water twice or 3 times a day. another
reason why they might not be suitable for a beginner is that they don't all like being handled.
Vivarium the minimum
size for an adult chinese water dragon is 6ft, as the general rule is the vivarium must be twice as big as the water dragons
length.
